This four panel Japanese Byobu silk folding screen from 1960s features beautiful songbirds amidst vibrant cherry blossom flowers. The use of gold leaf and exquisite hand painted details on the tree branches and flowers make this piece truly breathtaking. Signed by the artist. Original paper backside of the screen has a few punctured holes and the screen has very minimal signs of wear.
